  • WALLS: 115mm thick with table molded brick work in cement mortar.
  • MAIN DOOR: Best teak wood frame and teak wood shutter with polish work. Hardware of SS (or) brass of ISI quality.
  • INTERNAL DOORS: Medium teak wood /Engineering frame with flush doors & ISI quality hardware.
  • WINDOWS: UPVC frame with sliding glazed shutters of reputed make with safety grills.
  • PLASTERING Internal Walls: 2 Coats of plastering with sponge finishing.
    External Walls: 2 Coats plastering with sponge finishing
  • PAINTING Internal Walls: Two coats of plastic emulsion paint over luppam finish (Birla putti).
    External & Common Areas: Two coats of exterior emulsion paint (Asian Paints).
  • FLOORING: Premium quality Vitrified tiles of 2’x2’ size in drawing, dining, bed rooms & Kitchen. Granite flooring for staircase and anti-skid, scratch proof ceramic tiles of 2’x2’ for corridors.
    Toilets, Utility & Balconies: Ceramic tiles (16”x16” / 12”x12”)
  • SHELVES: RCC shelves will be provided in kitchen only.
